The NCBTS provides a single framework that shall define effective teaching in all aspects of a teacher’s professional life and in all phases of teacher development. It is based on the core values of Filipino teachers and on effective teaching and learning with seven (7) domains, 23 strands and 80 performance indicators. The 7 domains: Domain 1. One of the few counseling theories to incorporate emerging neuroscience research is neuroscience-informed cognitive-behavior therapy (nCBT).
